This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our websites including, www.milespayments.com and any subdomain used to host a Merchant’s online store or menu (the “Sites”), our mobile applications (the “Apps”), and other services we may offer (the Sites, Apps, and other services are collectively referred to as the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy also explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

• “Customer” means a person who places an Order from a Merchant through the Platform.
• “Miles Payments,” “we,” “us,” “our” means Miles Payments Inc.
• “Merchant” means a person who sells their products on the Platform.
• “Order” means an order that is placed through the Platform.
• “You,” “your” means the individual who is accessing or using the Platform and, if applicable, the corporation or other legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Personal Information is information about an identifiable individual. This includes information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual.
